Reliable analysis of E. coli, coliform bacteria and fermentative yeasts.
The analysis of E.coli and Coliforms as well as fermentative yeasts is an integral part of the microbiological quality control in the production of beverages. The aim of the quality control is to quickly and reliably confirm the hygienic purity of the products and to confirm that there is no risk of product spoilage due to the presence of microorganisms. The rapid detection system VIT® was integrated into the microbiological quality control process at Adelholzener Alpenquellen GmbH, Germany, in order to achieve this aim. The fast and unequivocal results delivered by the system contribute significantly to the daily product release decision process.
