What is the Flow VIT® technology?
The Flow VIT® technology is an innovative, highly specific and automated analysis method for industrial microbiology. It is based on VIT® gene probe technology and has been specifically developed for application with flow cytometer. Flow VIT® test kits in combination with the VIT® adapted flow cytometer CyFlow® Cube 6 represent the complete detection system Flow VIT® Solution.
Maximum detection specificity:
Flow VIT® Alicyclobacillus detects all species of the genus Alicyclobacillus. In addition, Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris is specifically detected in parallel.

The Flow VIT® technology has been specifically designed to meet the requirements of the beverage industry. Sample preparation and the actual analysis are simple and quickly done. Due to the automated analysis via flow cytometer, results for your samples are available within a few minutes.
