VIT-Bier plus L. brevis unequivocally detects all members of beer spoilage lactic acid including the most common Lactobacillus brevis bacteria in one sample.

It can be applied in all important stages of the brewing process: filtrate and non-filtrate area including yeast recycling.

The kit contains all essential expendable materials required for analysis. Only few minutes hands-on time. The results of the analysis are provided within 3 hours. Analysis is performed by using a fluorescence microscope.
