VIT-Alicyclobacillus
Fast and reliable detection of Alicyclobacillus (# 01210013)
Contaminated samples can be identified by their aseptic taste. But using VIT-Alicyclobacillus can prevent a contamination of the product. It unequivocally detects all members of Alicyclobacillus as well as Alicyclobacillus acidoterrestris in the sample.
In addition, spores of these bacteria will be identified reliably in all stages of fruit juice and fruit concentrate production.
The kit contains all essential expendable materials required for analysis. Only few minutes hands-on time. The results of the analysis are provided within 3 hours. Analysis is performed by using a fluorescence microscope.
