VIT-ANAMMOX
Fast identification and quantification of ANAMMOX bacteria directly in sample material (# 01110016)
Our testkit VIT-ANAMMOX allows identification, quantification and visualisation of bacteria which are responsible for the anaerobic ammonia oxidation process (ANAMMOX). The ANAMMOX bacteria are detected directly within wastewater samples and quantified using the accompanying VIT-key. Additionally, the bacteria are quantified as percentage share of all viable bacteria in the sample.
VIT-ANAMMOX is well suited to support the start-up phase of the ANAMMOX process and in well-established processes the kit is used for continuous monitoring of the important populations.
The kit contains all essential consumables required for analysis. Only few minutes hands-on time and the results are provided within 3 hours. Results are read by using a VIT-adapted fluorescence microscope.
