Ideal pre-enrichment of fruit juice and fruit juice concentrates (# 01270004)
Ideal enrichment of fruit juices and -concentrate for the detection of Alicyclobacilli with the well known liquid enrichment medium BAM* using convenient VCM dosage units.
The applicatiion is very easy:
According to the required concentration level (single, double) transfer one VCM dosage unit VCM-BAM into a defined volume ofdistilled water. Autoclave – done!
