Abstract

Analysis of E.coli, coliform bacteria and fermentative yeasts is an essential part of the microbiological quality control in the field of beverage production. The goal of the quality control is to quickly and reliably rule out corresponding adverse effects on the product.

To this end, the detection system VIT® by vermicon AG, Munich, has been intergrated into the microbiological quality control of Adelholzener Alpenquellen GmbH, making a valuable contribution to daily clearance decisions due to its swift and clear results.
